There comes a time in every family’s life when grown children decide it’s time to take a look into their parents’ finances. What might they find? A balance sheet of budgeted funds, a retirement plan, a will, or perhaps a box full of bills, receipts, statements and… a peanut butter sandwich? A discussion about retirement plans reveals conflicting opinions between father and daughter about what the Bible means when it says: Don’t worry about your life, what you will eat and drink.
